Fail to honor rebates - Comcast high speed internet

Warning: If you order Comcast services through broadbandoffers.com, just disregard the rebate offer. On two separate occasions I have ordered Comcast high speed internet through broadbandoffers.com which promised a rebate of $100+. I followed the requirements precisely, mailed all forms exactly as requested and in good time. On both occasions, the rebate never showed. I went to the Comcast office to seek help in the matter and was told: "We don't handle the rebates here." Be forewarned.

Thanks for your response. I strongly feel a company should be reprimanded for fraud, and I will work to accomplish that. This is the second time they did this to me. They won't do it again. It is not only Broadband. Comcast is partner in it too.

Please contact your state Attorney General's office with what you have been thru. I was told so many stories from Broadband, but after the Attorney General's office contacted them, they began to process our rebate. It has taken many hours of my time & be sure each time you contact Broadband by email or mail, send a copy to the person at your Attorney General's office. (I called our AG's ofc & got their email address). Boy, this made a difference. It's been a year trying, I just got the $89 for the modem & am working on the $100 cash rebate.
