I had the same issue with Sherry.

I ordered boots on November 3, 2008 and received them on November 11, 2008 they looked fake and didn't fit me. I have been trying to contact them my mail and by phone and no reply. I sent the boots back and never received a refund. If anyone out there knows how we can report this company and stop this bullshit. Please let me know.
