FEDEX sucks. I ordered 2 tickets...

FEDEX sucks. I ordered 2 tickets to a concert in oklahoma city from National event co. in New York. They sent them out overnight.. The concert was Sun. dec 2,07 -Fedex said they came by on fri. nov 30th. they lied. I was home all day Nov. 30. Fedex never came by. They came by monday dec. 3. too late. I missed the concert. And I paid over 1200 dollars for those tickets. I emailed FEDEX-They could care less. I thought about sueing them but I don't think it would do any good. I will NEVER use fedex again.

I agree, we were awaiting a gift from friends and they took a month to put it on a trick and get it to us. I just made 5 phone calls to try and resolve this issue and they hung up on me twice and I was not even mad? Lori and Tracy from Stern Street in Oak Creek WI~~ I hope that you get fired or written up. Rudeness when trying to solve someones problems is not what one needs in this day and age. Frank thanks for helping me and being the manager at the Fed ex shipping warehouse since Lori or Tracey told me there was not one on sight and then hung up on me when I asked to speak kindly to you.
