I absolutely hate our local McDonalds here in Sevierville, TN. The employees would rather stand there and look at you than wait on you. The drive-thru is worse! It is a "two-laner" that is constantly backed up. I have gotten "stuck" in the drive-thru before for 30 minutes (that is 1/2 an hour you know), which in turn caused me to be late for work. Today, my last bit of patience was taken with this place-I found a FINGERNAIL in my breakfast burrito! I AM DONE!
