FOR THE THIRD TIME I ARRIVED HOME AND TRIED TO USE THE VOLTAGE TESTER I BOUGHT AT LOWES AND EACH TIME IT WOULD NOT WORK, THREE DIFFERENT TESTERS AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER 25 MILE ROUND TRIP TO TAKE THIS LATEST ONE BACK.
