F for customer service - prescription lens

To make a long story short, Oakley never said "i'm sorry". Instead, when i called Oakley, Oakley's customer service rep told me they don't do prescription lends outside of CA and hung up the phone on me.
Oakley promised me to paid for my sunglass (one that Oakley broke), however as of today, June 20, i have not heard from them.
