Extremely upset - Service ticket number 8022200058 for a HP Notebook Pavilion Laptop

I am writing this review to show my frustration with the service Hewlett-Packard (HP) offers. I have NEVER spent so much money/time on a company that clearly does not care about the people it serves; which should be the most important goal of the company.I have conversed with DOZENS of people, none of which would refer me to a manager or tell me where I could get further assistance. Some even hung up on me when I asked. My laptop was under limited warranty because the screen kept going black. I sent it in, they called and said they've fixed it, but recommended a new power cable. I then asked if it still worked without purchasing one, and he said yes and I could buy one a week later after I returned from break because the power cable would not damage the computer. Sure enough, I receive my computer 2 weeks later un-fixed. It still had THE SAME EXACT PROBLEMS but when I sent it back the 2nd time they told me my laptop broke because of the power cable that I "refused to buy." I also took my computer to my school's technical center and they tried to charge my computer with their HP power cord, they said that the screen going black from the power cord was NOT the problem.

I want my computer fixed immediately with no further problems or "small fees." As a college student I am extremely disappointed with this company and if this issue is not addressed I will surely tell other students not to waste their money or time with this company.
