1.The service was awful
2.I was double charged
3.I still have bees
4.When I tried to resolve this I was treated poorly and hung up on.
5.They tried to blame me for being double charged!
6. When I asked to speak to a manager she said they don't talk on the phone.
7. They are already rated an F on the BBB and they aren't even associated with them
8. I asked for an email confirmation that my credit card was removed from their records and she would NOT!
9. NO APOLOGY, nothing!
