Extended warranty coverage - Extended warranty on TV

My TV under extended warranty is malfunctioning. The warranty group would not get my TV repaired instead is persuing me to take a small pay out money.
The coustomer service will never call you back and will aleays say that you will hear from us in 3-5 business days.
Can anyone put a check on these warranty companies as they do whatever they like to.
