Extended Warranty Samsung Television - Samsung 30# slimline HDTV

This is a long, long, ongoing story. In a nutshell, we have a 2 year old Samsung 30# slimline HDTV. Over three weeks ago it made a popping sound and stopped working. We have an extended warranty....23 days later, still haven't even been able to get someone to look at the TV! Supposedly there is a 30 day limit...I have made over 20 calls, to BestBuy Warranty dept, Samsung, BestBuy consumer relations, and to the 3rd party repair service. 2 years agao I purchased a 50" HP Plasma for $3,000 with Extented 4 year Warranty from BestBuy. A month ago I used my warranty to have minor adjustments performed on my TV and the Tech accidently broke the TV, so he says. The parts were now worth more than the TV and I had to do a junk-out with BestBuy. No big. I go to BestBuy and picked out a Samsung 750 at $2,699 but they delivered a Samsung 650 to my home worth $1,999. Now I had to return the 650, pickup the 750 and the whole time fighting with BestBuy trying to get something that was as nice as what I had or better due to the inconveinance. At one point the manager told me He wasn't going to give me anything at all, not even my old TV and called Mall security on me. That's when I had to brake out a can of whop ASS. In the end I got the Samsung 750. Don't trust BestBuy Mall of GA or their warranty repair guys!
