Expedia.com customer service they are the best - Airfare

I too had not to great an experience with Travelocity customer service. So, I tried Expedia.

I have used them for at least 5 trips now and have been VERY satisfied. I like the fact you can use the .NET passport (yes... some companies are still doing that) so I don't have to maintain yet another user/pwd combo.

And the couple of times I have needed changes, customer service has been excellent! Hope they work out as well for you - highly recommended.

I have a very bad experience with expedia.com.
We booked flights in South America, and for medical reasons we had to cancel them.
For 2 1/2 months now, they keep telling me that in 2 days they will post the refund to my account and nothing happens. In order to talk to a supervisor you have to stay on hold forever. I am still on hold!
