Expedia.com customer service Book elsewhere - Hotels Booking

Please do not use expedia. Once you book you are locked in and dealing with India for hours about things that seem so simple. My example, a day before traveling I book a hotel online, hey it sounded fine, a Best Western, drove to location and witnessed a dump, empty scary industrial area. Went inside and the lobby was no better, tried to cancel prior to checking in with the desk, with expedia, to no avail. Have spent hours on the phone with them in India with them offering me no satisfaction. They are ridiculous and I won't stop talking about them until they are no longer.
