Excellent service... NOT!

A few weeks ago I bought a long sleeved shirt online at Havetohaveitco.com and paid $ 45 for it. It was a birthday present for my nephew. A few days later I received the shirt, but they send one with short sleeves. I emailed them. Harry of Havetohaveit.com mailed me back and offered me a long sleeved shirt at a discount. I made clear that I only wanted one shirt, so I offered to send the wrong shirt back and share the costs (I think that was more than fair because I did nothing wrong). Harry and I agreed that he would reimburse $5 and I sent the short sleeved shirt back to the company for which I paid the postal costs. So far so good....

It's now about five weeks later and I still haven't received the shirt and Harry didn't refund the $5 we agreed upon. They claim to have sent the shirt but I think that's bull. The only thing that Havetohaveitco.com is telling me is to be patient (I guess until hell freezes over). The birthday of my nephew was three weeks ago and I still cannot give him the shirt I promised him and I'm short over $50.

BE WARNED! HAVETOHAVEITCO.COM HAS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTERED. DON'T BUY THEIR STUFF. IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE YOU WILL GET SCREWED BY THEM !!!!
