Excellent experience shopping online with Frys

Frys is great!. I ordered a SAMSUNG LN46A650 online on frys.com for price lower than others.The shipment was very fast.However the TV frame was broken at the corners when I recieved, I took some digital picters and emailed it to frys. They shipped a new one to me, with a free upgrade for the same price because they ran out of stock on the old one and duly credited me for the broken tv. They arranged for free pickup for the broken tv.I give 5 stars to frys. Their customer servie is excellent.
