I have also done business with The OEM Parts Store. My experience was much different though. When I called I did speak with someone. Although they didn't offer the parts I was looking for ... They assisted me for nearly an hour and half, to track down the parts I needed in my hometown of Tempe, Az. I was impressed by this company, being that most others would just hang up and not care whether I got my parts. To hear that someone was treated rude by this company, is not believable after my experience. Complaints are going to come with any business. You can't please everyone.
