I ordered a few items for Christmas 2008 and for my daugther's wedding in February. I contacted Customer service via email during the holidays to ask about the ship date and they told me some of the things i had ordered were on backorder. I was ok with it since i liked their prices and my friend ordered from them before and she has been pleased with them for years. Via Cristalina might take a long to ship the product but we all know is because these days it must be hard to get the product from tha manufacturer. I shopped from Macy's before and they took 4 months to deliver. Anyhow, i received all my orders in perfect condition. The first order i received it on christmas eve, the second order i received close to the new year and the 3rd yesterday. All of the orders were very well packed and the crystal was beautiful. It was worth waiting for. I will shop again with Via Cristalina. They are really nice too. The girl that i spoke with on the phone offered free gift wrap to compensate for the delay on the other 2 orders. The Gift Wrap was beautiful and it included a gift card. I gave my daughter her gift today and she loved it. I am writting this review because I used to own my own business in retail and it was hard dealing with he suppliers and with customers. Now i happen to be on the other side of the deal. I am the customer maybe this is why I seem to be more understanding than the average customer. These days with the economy the way it is makes people scare to shop and even more scare of online shopping. My best advise to all of you who seemed to have given Via Cristalina bad reviews for whatever experienced you had; do not worry because Via Cristalina is a great store. They might take long but they ship the product ordered and they do a great job with shipping, gift wrap and customer service. Just give them time or shop ahead of time so that you do not have to be worry about the delivery date. Via Cristalina is a great store to shop and do not worry they are great people and really nice. They answered to all my questions although it was very busy to get through them when i got through during the holiday season they were very helpful and nice. Via Cristalina made me and my daugther very happy and I have nothing to complain. I got all my orders with beautiful free gift wrap and in perfect conditions I will shop with them again and again.
