It was a cold and rainy night.

I ran into the Pier 1 in Springfield, MO. I then noticed, it was 15 minutes to closing time. I was looking for something to put in a new bowl I'd bought. I was looking for a color.

It was late. I had no idea what I wanted. However, I was still treated with respect and as a valued customer.

Pier 1 has always provided me with excellent customer service.

I made my purchase, and was out of there by closing time.

(I'm still looking for something for that bowl, though.)
