Everyone has their own opinion on Starbucks . However I have to say that the employees who work at the Starbucks at Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc, WI are the well deserving of the green smiley face. They remember what you usually order, they make helpful suggestions if you are looking for something different, and even though it is a newer store and most of them are newer employees, they are all very knowledgeable about the coffee flavors and different drinks. When you live in a small town whose only other coffee houses all seem to sell the same bitter coffee and the bad employees from them just seem to rotate between them, even a Starbucks is a welcome change of pace. Sometimes, if the coffee is the best in town and the service is amazing, $4 isn't so much to spend for a cup of coffee.
