Endless wait - clock delivery

I hited AC to pick up a tall case clock in Sept. on the East Coast for delivery to Southern Calif. The chrage was $678 including insurance. Delivery was to be in late October. It is now Dec 14 and I am told they may get in here by mid January. No one returns calls or repsonds to emails requesting a fee rebate or a firm delivery date.

As an antique clock dealer I would advise to shop lesewhere for more responsible people. John Tanner

John please contact me. I am also in Southern California and have two pieces of furniture that should have been delivered in November. They were also picked up in September. I was charged $1095 when the order was placed. I also cannot get any response from AC.
