Empire Today deceptive pricing

Empire today can to my 627 square foot house in maryland and quoted me a price of $10,000 for LAMINATE flooring. ha! When i asked about the buy one room get 2 free, he said i didn't need to worry about that because his price was lower? make no mistake, he showed me laminate tile and wood flooring for 627 sq feet. he said the flooring was $300 a box?
He finally came down to $7000 if I had it installed on tue, or wed. what a joke.
