I am so frustrated with this company, I ordered a table in JULY and originally it was supposed to be delivered in August, when it wasn't i had to track them down (calls, emails, etc) only to find out that it was now delayed and to be delivered in October. Thanks for NO customer service,
It is now december, my client was charged $900 and i have called and emailed 10 times and have heard NOTHING!! maybe they are out of business - although their site is still up
As a design professional I (along with my clients) rely on my resources.
In the years that i have been in this business, I thankfully have not run into such disappointing service and delivery fulfillment.
I have been very selective with my vendors and plan on never ordering from them again.
if anyone knows the status of this company or suggestions on how to deal please comment!!
