I too have been through the well organized fraud that is tvdvdworld.tv . I wont go through the ordeal again as I have read the same story 100 times Bad quality and missing episodes is what I received in my Early Edition set. NO customer service No answer to emails or ph calls. I believe the company to be based in Canada as this is where my shipment came from to USA. Every one with a similar story who resides in US/Canada needs to submit a complaint online to your consumer affairs department. Only this sort of volume bad publicity will maybe get some investigation and closing down of fraudulent internet companies. What a joke this company is........Good luck.
