I have filed a complaint with my credit card, written numerous letters and emails (after trying to call them unsuccessfully many times) to them and I am now preparing to file complaints with numerous agencies, including the U. S. Postal Services (under Internet Scams) as I feel they are using the mail to complete the fraud initiated by email. Other agencies I am filing complaints with are the Utah Better Business Bureau and the Utah Department of Consumer Protection.
They should not be allowed to get away with these fraudulent practices and I hope anyone who has been defrauded by this company will take any and all actions they can against them.
My credit card company is still investigating and I am trying to wait to see what they say before I file the above complaints, but I will only wait for so long. I am so angry and frustrated by their practice; they really need to have to answer for them.
