Duped - Car Sales

On March 1, 2008, I placed a down payment on a 1998 Subaru Forester with Loan Officer – Tisha.
Unfortunately, SS Auto was unable to provide an interest rate and the bank would not loan the money unless I purchased an extended warranty which I did not ask for nor did I want. I was disappointed because they have a refund policy which meant that my five-hundred dollar ($500.00) deposit can not be given back to me and none of this was disclosed clearly and was misrepresented.

Now I am left with no car and out $500.00.
