Duck Roll-on window kit - Duck Roll-on Outdoor Window Kit

I have a large front window that need sealed from the winter weather yearly. I purchase Duck along with a 3M product for my sliders to compare the quality and functionality. The only positive for the Duck product was the roll-on convenience for placement on the frame. The pre-taped edge for rolling is not sticky enough to give a secure seal and I would definately advise placing the double sided tape under it. It is pulling away from my frame all along the top. I have been doing this for years and followed the pre-application steps to the letter. Also, the film is cloudy and had many scratches on it that were impossible to stretch out. The pretaped edge is white and does not peel off, so if you are like me and have a color on your house, the white strip sticks out like a sore thumb. After spending an hour and a half installing this product, it was not worth the $3.00 savings from the 3M cost. I believe I will be going back to the store to get a 3M indoor kit for this window as it is to cold outside now for application.
