Drugstore.com sent me a shipment of defective prescription drugs. When I found out and the manufacturer confirmed that the drug had been exposed to high temperature, therefore ruining it, they refused to give me a refund or store credit. they said I waited too... More...

I honestly don't believe that a reputable pharmacy would not request the medication back so that they can get the medication looked at. It is policy to do this as it affects the health and welfare of the person who is prescribed the medication. did you actually call customer care, request to speak with the pharmacy or did you just correspond through email?
