They shipped the wrong size, wrong variation of the item I ordered, and they ignored three successive, polite e-mail notes, sent to the address-link on their website, requesting replacement. Yet they had the temerity to continue sending me e-mail spam advertisements. More...

I was wondering if you actually tried to call them. Their customer care has always been friendly, helpful and very determined to correct issues. Their number is 1-800-378-4786. emails to large corporations don't go to individual people they go to a central dissemination point and like anything can become lost. In some cases if the subject line of your emails is different each time you send them an email it can file into different queues and then you only get auto-respond emails.
