Dreadful service - Extended Warranty

We have a NordicTrack and purchased a warranty from UTS. I have called them 4 times this morning and get nothing but muzak. I just e-mailed them, but I have little hope of a response.

What an irresponsible company.

UTS is full of crap! Very unprofessional with total disregard for the Norditrack consumers as demonstrated with their incompetencies. I've moved 3-4 years ago, yet they continue to submit all mailings to my old address! ...despite my numerous calls with my new address!! They're "F" up over there...to say teh least!

I have dealt with UTS for the past couple of years because I have purchased exercise equipment that is insured and service by UTS. They have paid to replace two pieces of equipment with no problem. Their biggest problem is there inability to communicate with their customers. Try calling them to speak to a customer representative. If you life long enough to get through to them you will be lucky. Customer communication and service is the worst!
