The ambience of the office is very calm and relaxing. I have been going to Dr. Hanah Pham, Reston Sunrise Dentistry, for over 5 years. On my first visit, I was so impressed with the professionalism of the office. They presented to me all their financial/scheduling policies and they taught me about dental education to show me how I can improve my condition in my mouth. Then over the years, I got so much dental work done by Dr. Hanah Pham because I have not found any dentist that I can trust that would put my dental health as a priority. Dr. Hanah Pham was very patience with me and worked with my budget. I know the neglect that I have caused for my teeth has damaged my teeth and Dr. Hanah Pham was trying to repair to the best that she can. She is not only an gentle and caring dentist, but she is the top in her field. I was impressed with all the awards she has over the course of her career and all the diplomas on the wall in the office. I cannot imagine anyone who will not be impressed with Dr. Hanah Pham....because they really have other issues going on and it's not dental!!! I am moving for work to Boston, MA , but I am still planning to come to Dr. Hanah Pham for my dental work. Hopefully, I will move back to the area to stay close to the office. I guarantee you will like the office. Check it out!!! I am sure you will not be disappointed

All I can think after reading all of these reviews is that either Dr Pham just does not like me or many of these reviews are faked.

Here is my honest and precise evaluation after having seen her for 3 years.

- She's very expensive and does lots of add ons without asking your permission. (Always check you bill!)

- Her facilities are very nice and very advanced.

- Her staff is nice but seem afraid of her.

- She is NOT gentle and can be very, very unnecessarily aggressive.

- I paid over $300 for a bleaching and my teeth looked almost exactly the same.

- She charged me $40 for 'special flouride' toothpaste.
- She charged me $85 for a 'medicine' which was only a mouth wash.

- She lectures me every single time I come in.

- She nearly ripped my gums apart on a cleaning yesterday and was so sloppy that water splashed all over my face with NO regard from her.

I have been going back to her because her facilities are very modern and up to date, but after yesterday's appointment I will never be returning. All I can say is that if you go to her be sure to ask about everything FIRST and be sure to double check your bill.
