I recently made a purchase on the internet and, like a lot of internet buyers, was somewhat leery about purchasing from a company I have not done business with in the past. I purchased two king size down pillows from Downlite .com They arrived on Tuesday and one pillow had a small stain. I called them on Wednesday, and with no hesitation they gave me an immediate credit for the pillow and told me not to return it but to just throw it away. What better service can someone get from a company? Well, it gets even better-- Downlite.com is sending a replacement pillow at their expense as compensation for my inconvenience. Downlite.com has got to be my best shopping experience yet---not only on the internet but with any store. Let me again recommend Downlite.com to all internet buyers.
