Once I finally have available to me the files that I can actually salvage, having been a paying subscriber, I'm running away from this company as quickly as I can, and not looking back.

so...you don't have copies of the original files?? You're an idiot. Anyone (except you) wouldn't subject their only copy of important files to a "free" online storage service...Oh, I guess I forgot, everything on the Internet is supposed to be free. One day you'll understand that IT COSTS MONEY to store your crap. If you lost your only copy of your files because you counted on a free or low cost "back-up" service, then you're an idiot.
