Although the company and products are basically good, I have found it almost impossible to get the promised rebates. I have purchased several items with rebates and have had to spend hours battling with TigerDirect and the rebate companies--the last one I have never received even though I did everything asked.
Also I sent them this information on their internal customer service reviews--and guess what--it was never posted!
