PODS Complaint

Dont do it!!!!

I worked at the main call center in clearwater fl. I quit after having to tell a 83 yr old woman that her stuff could not be delivered for 3 weeks.. HOW SAD IS THAT!! I didnt even make it a full yr without quiting. They also promised they would not outsource, ^ months later you were calling south america for a pod. The computer system was not set up for what it is used for and always crashed while customers were on the phone. They changed company policies every week it seemed. If you had a complaint it would go to the soloution center, Basically the next cubicle over. I have nothing good to say about them at all. I will never use them after the complaints I heard 1st hand. DO NOT USE PODS !!! you will be sorry. I did not get fired I quit, so I am not disgruntled just disgusted by the way I and everybody was treated. DONT DO PODS!!!!
