In the past 3 years SMART Carpet and Flooring has sold and installed flooring products to more than 76,000 customers. It is of course natural to experience some problems. In that same period SMART Carpet and Flooring has received 67 complaints with the BBB out of 76,000 jobs. Of those 67 , 63 have been resolved and 4 were closed by the BBB. SMART Carpet and Flooring encourages its customers to call 1 800 526 RUGS to resolve their issues.
