We bought our steam mop in march 2008 and it broke a month ago. When calling the company its still under warranty but they make you pay for shipping both ways. Don't buy it will break within 6 months and doesn't full clean your floors.

Do not by the shark steam mop. It broke after 3 uses! I'm very disappointed and even more so with the customer service!!!!

your product broke after 3 uses it sucks it is the most inferior item that was ever purchased people work hard for their money u should stand behind it no matter what we dont quibble price u shouldnt quibble quality i will never purchase another shark item it has the right name u are sharks........
