Do not order from this Web site! I ordered six pairs of Waterford Crystal candlesticks as gifts for my bridesmaids. A free shipping offer promised delivery in 14-20 days. I placed my order Feb. 13 and am still waiting as of March 22. Customer service says the delay... More...

I was very happy with Via Cristalina. They went out of their way to help me. I understand Waterford takes long because I ordered from Waterford one time and they took 4 months to get the product. So the problem is not Via Cristalina the problem is Waterford. Via Cristalina is really nice and it is not their fault that they take long to ship. Waterford takes long to make the product and this makes them look bad. I did my entire Wedding registry with Via Cristalina and I was very happy with their service and gift wrap. They are professional, caring and always ready to assist you. Like any busy store their phones are always busy otherwise they would not be in business. Every store has their good and bad things but the most important thing about Via Cristalina is they way they took care of me as a customer. I believe that we the customers should be more understanding and less picky and demanding. We should put ourselves in their shoes before we write something bad. I am very happy with Via Cristalina no complaints at all! Thank you for making my wedding extra special!
