Do not order from this Web site! I ordered six pairs of Waterford Crystal candlesticks as gifts for my bridesmaids. A free shipping offer promised delivery in 14-20 days. I placed my order Feb. 13 and am still waiting as of March 22. Customer service says the delay is at Waterford in New Jersey and there is nothing they can do. They accept no responsibility. I asked how they can compensate me for this delay and they offered free gift wrap. Who would accept free gift wrap for a shipment containing crystal? I obviously want to check the packages to make sure nothing broke in transit. I asked them to ship me the wrapping paper instead. They won't do it. I asked for a gift wrap credit. They said no. All they will do is offer me a coupon code for a future order. As if I am ever going to order from this company again? Horrible, horrible experience.
