Here in Raleigh we are limited as to pool suppliers. Everytime I have had to go into Leslie's with a question pertaining to my pool the employees are clueless to give me a knowledgeable answer. One recent visit inquiring about a railing for my wedding cake steps I was told that the "factory that built them burnt down and you can't buy them anymore"!! Needless to say there are many dealers on line that sell these so not sure where that story came from. They are uninformed, unskilled and not helpful at all. Also their prices are well above competitiors. Don't bother wasting your time at the store on Falls of Neuse....I will drive the distance to anywhere else to buy chemicals and helpful information.
