Don't Fall for AFC - extended warrantee

I had made the mistake of purchasing an extended warranty from AFC that was supposed to start when my existing dealer warranty expired, and last for 48,000 or 48 months. When the documentation arrived, they were starting the warranty 26,000 miles too soon. I had called and asked them to cancel or hold the policy start date. The sales rep on the phone said I could delay the start date until my current warranty expired at 100,000 miles; I would pre-pay the new warranty. I very foolishly did this. Now AFC is stating that there was no change in my policy, that I had the contract so they would not even listen or check their records. The General Manager, a man named Jay, would not listen to me, told me I kept changing my "story" and implied that I was a liar. I finally asked him to shut up and listen, his response was "NO. You are no longer a customer because your warranty has expired." He would not even listen to any requests to check their records for my phone call(2 years ago) requesting the change in the service. I was foolish for not getting it in writing, but they were incredibly duplicitous in their dealings. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

i had a huge mistake of purshasing with this horrible scam AFC IS A FAKE FRAUD PROGRAM . I NEEDED A PROBLEM FIXED SUPPOSLEY UNDER THIS WARRANTY PLAN I HAVE BEEN PAYING OUT OF POCKET ,I CALLED THEM THEY KEEP GIVING ME THIS RUN AROUND,I ALSO RENTED A CAR TELLING THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME MY MONEY NOT EVEN ONE DAY DID I GET BACK ANYTHING I PAYED THIS COMPANY 2800.51 EXACTLY THESE BASTARDS DID NOTHING FOR ME BESIDES RUN WITH MY HARD EARINING MONEY. I TOTALLY DISAPPROVE THIS COMPANY ,WHEN ASKING FOR A REIMBURSEMENT THEY TOLD ME NO,ALL THEY KEEP DOING IS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Afc is a scam 3000.00 later and a very big dissapointment. the warranty that this company offered to be was a big scam , i called for there help they are saying that they dont cover this problem only certain mechanical issues,also i dropped the car to be fixed the dealer had to wait for there approval afc ,before touching car they wanted to see service records they said they couldnt give any date for car being ready until seeing these records absoultley un professional .they also said ou t of my expensive rented a car and they would reimburse one day meanwhile they couldnt answer when my ar would be ready
attention to all afc buyers do not go with this fake advirtesment thank you un happiness
