Don't order!!

Please Improve

I ordered a box set and got an email to say it was on back order. Decided to cancel-they didn't reply. the item was sent on out. Bad copies and I have tried to contact them to send the items back and have had no response in email or by phone.
Avoid this company at all costs! I am going to try and take this further.
I'm so annoyed I didn't release this before hand.

I'VE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING ON LINE BEFORE AND OH MY GOD I WILL NEVER AGAIN. EVERYTHING YOU SAY ABOUT THEM IS SO TRUE. MY DVD SET WAS BEING SENT BY CANADA POST, I WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT THE TRACKING # WAS NOT GOING TO THE ZIP IWAS SENDING TO. THEY THAN TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE COMPANIES THAT AREN'T EVER GOING TO SEND ANYTHING.AND THAT THEY CHANG THEIR NAME FOR THE NEXT SET UP. I FEEL SO DUMB. I ONLY WAMTED TO BUY THE SET FOR MY ILL LITTLE BROTHER. MY CREDIT CARD IS GOING AFTER THEM AND I.M CALLING ATTORNEY GENERAL. ALSO OUR LOCAL NEWS. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM. BY THE WAY SORRY ABOUT DAT . THAT IS WHAT THEY JUST KEEP SAYING DAT
