Doesn't deliver - TI-89 Titanium

This company has an automated system that charges your credit card or PayPal as soon as the order is received. If for whatever reason they fail to ship, there is not customer service to correct the order. I tried multiple time to email the customer service but was not successful. Stay away from this company.

I ordered TI-89 at April 2008 and PayPal takes the money, but the calculator doesn't arrive to me. I live in Germany.... What can I do, because UsedCalculator doesn't answer to my e-mails?
