Received product on time but product was defective.
I wanted to return this product and store said they will not take open product. Why would someone buy things and return it without opening ?
Finally I returned this product and new package was shipped on 10/08/08
I received this package and opened it , Product was used and had missing parts and also it was wrong . So I send it back 2nd time and today is 10/29/08 which is 1 month and 4 days and still do not have replacement product.
There is no customer support phone number or anybody who will resolve this issue.
In my opinion why should someone buy from them even if it is cheap price ??
