I had trouble with the rep. He wrote a contract at one discount rate and I was charged another. From day number 2 I could not reach my rep. I mean at all, his name is Steve Sklavenitis , cell # supposedly 330-949-0346 . Even when I call Crescent they cannot have him call me ? ? ? And they never did correct the rate , so i had to cancel.. Was supposed to be flat at 1.69% , actually became 3.4 % . Who can I report them to ?

If you find anyone to report these crooks to I would like to report suntrust/Data. I think it is time to report these scum bags to the states attorney
