Do Not Purchase AKAI LCD TV - LCT3201AD

We purchased the AKAI 32" wide-screed LCD TV/DVD Player (LCT3201AD J) in mid 2006. The power supply is failing. Sometimes the set won't come on, and when it does, it shuts down after 20 to 30 min. Haven't found a place to repair it. Have an e-mail in to AKAI, will see what happens.

Good luck with getting a response back. My akai 32in lcd/dvd player went out, when you turn it on, it turns itself off. I have been e-mailing them for months and nobody has got back to me. I have called sam's club to where i bought it to get an actual phone number, but no luck, they don't even sell the crappy thing anymore. Let me know if you have any luck resolving your problem with AKAI aka piece of crap!!!!
