We hired Sensory Sound, and had a constant lack of communication after we paid for the service. The sales office is good at reassuring you what will be provided and guaranteed, but it is horrible service. We hired them for our wedding and repeatedly asked when we'd be able to talk to our assigned dj. We didn't get a call until 1 week before our event. Even though we briefly spoke to the dj, afterwards, we weren't assured that he did in fact receive our songbook selections or tentative schedule. It turns out, on the day of the event, a different dj was sent to our event, and he was not familiar with any aspect of our wedding. It was VERY frustrating and disappointing! My husband spent about the 1st hour of the event explaining the details. We had specific playlists and for some unknown reason, he couldn't get the right list going at the beginning. He mispronounced our names in the introduction, and our friends and coordinator was constantly on him to get the right song going for the right moment. After the dinner, it seemed to flow much better, but unfortunately, we were constantly stressed at the beginning. I missed spending time with my husband because he was busy explaining details to the dj. The DJ was placed in a bad position by the company who just assigned him that same day. This company is horrible. I asked for a partial refund and of course, I have not heard back. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this at people's important events!
