District Manager - cherry pies

I thoought that when I seen the district manager that she was very rude and obnoxious when I seen her react with the other employee's.

What is her problem. I found this very disturbing to the custoers. When I visited the McDonald's on East Kimberly I had to ask for my money back because, the pies that I ordered weere burnt.
