Dishonest Practice, Horrible Customer Service - Moving, Relocation

Mike Robertson, personal moving consultant with Manchester Moving and Storage, gave me an estimate and a quote of services 1110.98. He also told me they could deliver on a Saturday of my choice and he told me all packing was to be included in the price. The final bill was 1900.00. They then were 4 hours late picking up June 23rd. I was informed of all the packing and other service fees after the truck was loaded. When I tried several times to resolve this I was treated rudely, yelled at, insulted, just horrible customer service. Of course Mike developed a sudden memory loss and cant remember being dishonest to get the job. They called me on a Wed to tell me they would be delivering on Thurs, i told them the agreement was Sat. Once again i was treated rudely, they told me if i did not accept delivery there would be more charges on top of already overcharging me 800.00. This company has provided me with the absolute worst customer experience i have ever had.
