The McDonalds restaurant in Magnolia, Ar (71753) is an overall disaster. Employees do not take orders correctly, present any professionalism in appearance, do not clean the store, and in general are horrible representations of the McDonalds Corp.
The store is continually dirty, condiment packets are covered with filth. The drink station is just plain nasty. The bathroom facilities are a sewer. Tables are never wiped down, or disinfected.
The food quality is poor, food not being cooked or prepared in accordance with Corporation standards. I have received food products having bodily odors and perfume/colonge attached to them making them inedible and hugely unappetizing.

Employees do not wash their hands after wiping noses, playing with nasty unwashed hair, wiping their hands on the seat of their pants and immediately touching food products.

Service is unacceptable at best. Poor attitudes, lack of smile, and overall lack of pride in their work.
I will not eat at any McDonalds in the future, not until these problems are addressed and resolved.
If I were a health inspector I would feel no other option than to close the store indefinitely and ask for Corporation involvement in revoking the franchise from the current owner.
