Disappointed in dinners

The past few years my husband and I have enjoyed the Prime Rib at Hungry Hunter in Lafayette, and make a point of going there for our Anniversary and Birthdays. However, on July 2nd we were very disappointed. Our Med-rare Prime Rib was over done, or pre-cooked and heated up, and our potatoes were undercooked. The service was excellent; the dessert sublime, but the dinner was not enjoyable at all. One other couple complained also. Is there a problem with that location, new chef?..or something.....It was my husband's 72nd birthday celebration; I don't think we will be going back.
