I had such an awful time attempting to do business with this company. I received a giftcard as an award from my boss and was unable to use the giftcard that I recieved. I placed my first order for two products and was excited to recieve a package in the mail. I waited and waited for two months and never recieved a thing. When I called Drugstore.com they apologized and said they would ship my order on rush delivery but then later said they would not be able to ship my order at all due to the gift card being used rather than a credit card. So after much hassle the customer service rep credited my card back for the money use and gave me a little extra money to use on my next purchase, which I thought was really nice. However, when I made my next purchase, I waited again for a month without recieving anything and then called again. This time the customer service rep whose name is Adam was extrememely rude to me using my name several times in the conversation and scolding me for questioning the practices of the company. He also tried to take away the money that the other rep had added to my account to appease my frustrations of not getting my intial order. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he wouldn't be able to do anything for me and he demanded my credit card number to place the order. I told him that it didn't make sense to need a credit card number because I had a gift card but he insisted and finally transfered me to his manager.

But the manager ended up being a deadline because he actually hung up on me. When I called back I did end up speaking with his manager whose name was John and did not act much like a manager. He did not even attempt to appease me just requested my credit card number as Adam did and I finally said wtf and gave it to him. He then told me the fees I would be charged and promised a confirmation email which I still have not recieved.

Overall I think this is a terrible website that is not user friendly whatsoever and I wish I didn't have to use it, I asked them to just send me a check for 25 dollars the original cost of the gift certificate but they didn't do it.

Alas, I'll let you know in one month if I actually recieve this order.
